SC Announces Success for 2019: Record High Revenue and Net Profit with Total Revenue of 17,787 Million Baht, Growing 15% from a new record in revenue from horizontal projects, supporting a net profit of 2,026 million baht and preparing to propose a dividend of 0.19 baht per share.

SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, a developer of quality products and provider of living solutions to create better mornings for all customers, led by Mr. Atthapol Surasithpanthawat, Chief Corporate Support Officer, revealed the company's performance for 2019, stating that the company achieved growth and set new records in both revenue and net profit. The total revenue reached 17,787 million baht, growing 15% (YoY), with operational revenue at 17,637 million baht, growing 14% (YoY). This revenue breakdown consists of 95% from sales and 5% from rental and services, resulting in a net profit of 2,026 million baht, growing 13% (YoY).

In terms of sales revenue, it amounted to 16,771 million baht, growing 15% (YoY), driven by revenue from horizontal projects at 11,260 million baht or 67%, which is a new record due to the strengths of SC's housing projects that cover all price levels and receive positive feedback. The remaining 33% comes from high-rise projects at 5,511 million baht, increasing by 45% (YoY). In 2019, the company had total sales of 14,425 million baht from 55 launched projects with a total value of 56,200 million baht, and a backlog of 7,388 million baht ready for transfer this year, with 65% to be transferred in 2020 and the remaining 35% in 2021-2022.

As of December 31, 2019, the company and its subsidiaries had total assets and liabilities of 45,083 million baht and 27,526 million baht, respectively, with shareholders' equity of 17,557 million baht, representing a book value per share of 4.20 baht and earnings per share of 0.4848 baht.

The company's board of directors has approved the payment of an annual dividend for 2019 at a rate of 0.19 baht per share, which will be proposed for approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders on April 23, 2020.
